This three (3) day course will teach the legal and technical issues and obligations facing inspectors when inspecting for lead hazards, to determine whether or not lead-based paint or other lead hazards are present in sufficient quantities to require abatement according to regulatory guidelines.

• Risk assessment methods
• Sampling and testing methods
• Lead abatement implementation
• Worker protection and safety
• Certification of inspectors
• Use of XRF paint analyzers.

Airtek’s Lead Inspector Course is EPA approved for certification under Section 402 of the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).
